Taking your avarage AllOnX smile to yet another leve by few simple steps:

Sometimes the digital design , "bleeding " of the 3D printer, or else doasn't do the justice to the patient's pricey investment of his/her AllOnX implant supported smile...
To make an avarage to an exceptional, we did following:
- cclusal plane repositioning (but without affecting the overal VDO if already previousely esablished)
- corrected crown lenght allocation, proportionally tucked under the upper lip
- changed to adequate corridor alocation(occlusion still to be tuned)
- and most important,.following that crease of the lower llip 💋
- at the end, all "garnished" with some old fashioned, "tooth hand carving"
That should make an avarage AllOnX look in pair with any full house Hollywood veneers smile ! 😃 😊

...the eyes of a 4 years old boy were stearing at me like two big blue marbles knowing something was wrong but not sure on what was happening ..."

I was at the R&D basement lab of a large corporate, babysitting that 3- 4 years quiet boy while "mangling" piece of milled, Grade2, pure titanium milled implant framework, trying obsessively to mimick and outcompeate the "gold style design" of that era that I just left couple month ago...it was November 1991, R&D basement at Nobel Industries, aka Nobel Pharma, aka Nobel Biocare
..4 years old Daniel didn't know we were just about to 🔥 burn down the basement of multi-million dollar R & D CAD/CAM research lab ...and that for the second time in several month, damn it !!

But hej, who knew in 1991 that titanium milling chips were burning so violently if irritated enough with the sparks, having my old KaVo dental lab bench roaring and shaking like a wounded dragon, puking dark potent fumes from every crevice possible.

Poor little boy that I scared... he didn't know we just successfully made FIRST "hot" i.e. real patient full arch screw-retained upper case with milled titanium framework totally mimicking and surpassing established "gold style design" of that era...
Dr.Torsten Jemt & Pelle Pettersson, Prof. Brånemark early disciples running Brånemark klinik in Göteborg, didn't know either they were getting Try-In bearing that "1st frame" on Upper fully edentulous case done on four...or five implants(aka future world-wide famous Alll-On-4 or On-5 that customer around the world loved so much 😆)

Daniel's dad, my boss that just hired me several month earlier didn't know either that me and his young son may end up in Göteborg Post morning paper as "the new employee crime of the week", ultimately ending my short career (and possibly his own) since he was "betting on me"! 😆

Lucky again, gallons of cooling oil for the mills and zillion other flammables at that R&D basement didn't catch fire and my full bottle of Calvin Kline new perfume disguised the accident...or so I thought... 😆
