养肝茶🍵,4阶段喝法,脸干净了睡得也香

《黄帝内经》讲:“春三月,此谓发陈”。春天肝气旺,但也容易“堵”和“火”!

今天把养肝茶按体质和阶段给大家分类,对号入座照着喝。

阶段一:疏肝气

如果你:😮💨喜欢叹气、胸闷、睡眠浅、情绪波动大
👉这是气不顺了
💡配方: 玫瑰3朵 + 红枣3颗 + 茯苓4颗 + 百合6片 + 桑葚5颗
✅做法: 红枣去核,百合茯苓提前泡发,养生壶煮15分钟后放玫瑰。
✨干货点1: 玫瑰要后放,水温70度左右为佳,挥发油才能保留。

阶段二:清肝火

如果你:🥵脸上出油冒痘、眼睛干涩发红、口苦口臭
👉这是肝火旺了
💡配方: 玫瑰3朵 + 胎菊4颗 + 枸杞5g + 金银花3g + 决明子6g
✅做法: 决明子先煮3分钟,再放其他花茶煮7分钟。
✨干货点2: 金银花和决明子都偏寒,脾胃虚寒的姐妹可以加2片生姜中和一下,不要空腹喝!

阶段三:养肝血

如果你:💻长期对电脑手机、眼睛酸胀、掉发多
👉这是肝血亏了
💡配方: 玫瑰2朵 + 红枣3颗 + 桂圆肉5g + 枸杞5g + 黄芪6g
✅做法: 所有食材放入养生壶,水开煮10分钟。
✨干货点3: 桂圆和红枣能养血宁神,搭配黄 芪补气,这杯适合熬夜回血。

阶段四:滋肝阴

如果你:🌡晚上容易燥热、更年期不适、皮肤干、舌头红
👉这是肝阴不足了
💡配方: 玫瑰3朵 + 红枣4颗 + 枸杞2g + 黄芪3g + 红参4片 (或换成石斛、麦冬)
✅做法: 红枣黄芪先煮7分钟,后放玫瑰枸杞。
✨干货点4: 滋肝阴需要小火慢炖,如果是石斛、麦冬这类根茎,建议煮40分钟以上才能煮出胶质。

✨干货点5:养肝茶黄金饮用时间

⏰上午9-11点(脾经当令) 是利于吸收的时候,顺应阳气升发。
🌙睡前3小时尽量别喝,特别是有些食材,容易起夜影响睡眠。

✨干货点6:为什么强调先煮后泡?

花类怕高温久煮,会破坏精油;
根茎果实类不怕煮,反而需要久焖或煎煮才能析出有效成分。

✨干货点7:女生经期停喝指南

大部分清肝火的茶性偏凉,经期量大的姐妹建议暂停。
而养肝血的茶经期可以适量喝,但如果有血块、痛经,先别急着补,询专业人士。

✨干货点8:配合小动作增效果

1⃣ 敲胆经:每天上午敲打大腿外侧50次,促胆汁分泌助排 毒
2⃣ 11点前入睡:凌晨1-3点是肝经当令,熟睡养肝血
3⃣ 少生气:肝怕堵,气顺了脸才干净
