To help us bring in the New Year with inner peace and clear intentions, we are holding a special Yoga Nidra Meditation Workshop during our regularly-scheduled Sunday yoga class time (4-5:30pm). Please bring a pillow, towel and yoga mat. Optional: eye cover, journal and pen. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set-up.
