Heyyyy Freedom Fam!!!

Thank yall for working with us and being patient with our hours this week 🧡🩵🧡
We will be opened …..

The OG, Riley Roo will be at the shop ready to serve you!

And starting Monday, we will be opened again for regular hours until Thanksgiving! 🦃

Carrie here - just wanted to hop on and thank you all for being patient with us as we are closed through Thursday in order to work here in Guatemala.

Here is a very little peek into our day - 6 stoves were installed, several bracelets were made, many prayers were prayed, LOTS of laughs were had and the love, hope and freedom of Jesus was shared!

We love and appreciate you - your support means the world to us.

The boys and I made it to the airport, and we’re all set for a week of serving, loving, and being refreshed in our home-away-from-home in Guatemala. (Also, super excited to reunite with my )

When we were debating whether to close the shop or try to piece together coverage, several of our regulars looked us in the eye and said, “Just close and go. Your mission work is why we support y’all.”
That blessed us more than you know.

Thank you for understanding the heart behind what we do. One day, we’ll have a team of trained volunteers and staff who can keep things running while we’re on the field. 🙌🏻

A huge shoutout to Pastor Cody and Anita Hisler for keeping NextGen rolling while we’re gone. Keeping consistency and a safe space for our kids matters deeply to us.

Good morning Freedom Fam!

We have a crazyyyy day ahead and we are SO excited!

⭐️ The PTO fall festival is taking place at the park, 10-4!
⭐️ AYSO games happening allllllll day across the street from the coffee shop!!! (Be watching your AYSO communication for a Code Word for a discount 😉)

⭐️ We’re trying to get allllll of the chicken salad, yogurt, overnight oats, and To Go Drinks SOLD before we head out to Guatemala after the weekend!

🧡🩵🧡 And don’t forget!!! You can order To Go energy, matcha, or lattes to prep for this coming week of wonky hours 🤪!!!

Thank y’all so much for the support as we navigate through this time! The Lord has definitely had His hand in this entire process!!!

Good morning Freedom Fam!

We are going to Guatemala!!! 🎉

That being said, the hours at the coffee shop will look a bit different this coming week 🩵🧡🩵

Monday the 17th - Thursday the 20th we will be CLOSED!
Hours for Friday the 21st - Monday the 24th still vary. We will post as soon as we get that figured out!

‼️ The kids after school program will continue!!! YES!!!
Pastor Cody will be helping us out with the after school program! If you are scheduled for Thursday’s Celebration meal- we will contact you about what to expect 🩵

We are praying for a few individuals to help us out with sodas, chips, and/or other snacks for the kiddos throughout the week while we won’t be able to prep their favorite drinks.

What an exciting visit!!! 🧡🩵🧡
We had the absolute joy of welcoming FLCA (Faith Leadership Christian Academy) into town for their field trip to Fort Anahuac Park, and they stopped by the Coffee Shop for a special treat and to learn more about our mission and ministry here in Anahuac and in Guatemala! 🌎

It’s always such a blessing to share with our community, especially with the next generation, about how amazing and mighty our God truly is! We loved walking them through the journey He has led us on, sharing the passion and vision behind the ministry, and seeing their faces light up with excitement and encouragement to keep pressing forward in their walk with Christ, knowing He has a plan and purpose for EACH of us! No matter how young or how old. 🎉

There was another donation made towards the Veterans tomorrow, which means, instead of 10- the first 20 Vets to come into the shop tomorrow gets a free coffee or refresher of choice!
