We’re growwwiinnnggggg!

Things may start looking a little different as we are adding a couple of amenities in order to be equipped to provide a few more delicious options!

In the meantime, we have added a few more grab-n-go options like Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, & clean ingredient lunchables!

We have delicious A2 yogurt parfaits, overnight oats PLUS, gluten free brownies and your chicken salad should be stocked sometime tomorrow as well!

We are working out details on a super fun, gluten free creation that we hope to roll out in the next week as well!

Freedom Café Ministries will be having the Brew Box out at Gator Junction BBQ today and tomorrow this week. That is Tuesday January 20 and 21st.

They are here from 8 am-2 pm.
Gators opens at 8 am with our full menu available and fried pies now rolling out at 8 am to go with your coffee!

Eeeekkkkk!! We are SO excited to FINALLY get our signage up!! It’s been in the works for MONTHS!!

If you’re an OG in the Freedom Fam, we sure hope it brings a smile to your face every time you pass our “Specialy” Coffee sign. 🫣

For all you grammar warriors, don’t worry, we know there is a spelling error. We know some of our friends are “crashin’ out” as the young kids say. 😂

It’s me. I did that. 🤭

Come on in and we’ll share the back story over a delicious cup of, you guessed it - “specialy” coffee!

In the meantime, just know, life is too short to do everything perfectly - have fun, learn to laugh and not take things too seriously.

And btw - specialy seems like the perfect combo of English and Spanish and since we are missionaries to Guatemala too, it just felt right to keep it!

OH - We have a special treat for yall tomorrow - .latham2.0 will be wo-manning The Brew Box at the Primary to hydrate our AYSO basketball fam and Tuck will be holding down the fort at the shop.

Can’t go wrong either way!

Nearly every school day, I stand at the windows and watch for them to come. I wonder “How many will show up today? God, what do You have in store today?”

Every day, they still come.

Some days more than others - depends on after school activities - but they still come.

These kids bless us more than they know and we are incredibly proud of them.

To our community and Freedom Partners, thank you for supporting our efforts to share the love, hope and freedom of Jesus Christ with the next generation.

Today I handed The Purple Book to one of the students and basically said - “You’re leading today, Buddy!” Reluctantly, he took the responsibility and he did a fantastic job!

I stood beside or behind him and helped him with those crazy Bible words that even I can’t pronounce sometimes.

After the third question, he was rocking it!

Our job is not to simply enable our kids but to empower them to become who God created them to be.

Do those kids give me a run for my money? Absolutely they do, but they are growing and they know they have a safe place in which people outside of their family love them and will cultivate the leadership skills that God has placed within them.

We are so grateful that we get to be a part of their lives.

Thank you, parents, for allowing them to come after school. We hope and pray that all seeds that are being planting are being watering and harvested not only here, but at their schools, their churches and at home.

Can you imagine a revival being birthed through the youth in this generation?! Yessssss!!

To God be the glory 🙌🏻 let’s keep sharing the love, hope and freedom of Jesus Christ!!
