Yoga Teacher and Trauma Release Practitioner Shayla is a certified 200-hour RYT.

She teaches Hatha Yoga for all levels. She is currently teaching Hatha-Based Yoga Flow classes at Sutras Yoga Studio in Anchor Bay, Ca. She completed her Western Yoga College’s Yoga Teacher Program @ At One Yoga in Fort Bragg, Ca. Her classes are thematic and carry a focused intention throughout the session, and end with an extended Shavasana. First class is tomorrow @ Stone Ranch in the yurt. Grounded yoga flow will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed and ready to take on the day. Guiding yoga at Stone Ranch has been a dream of mine since I first took a tour of the grounds about 5 years ago. I look forward to seeing you there!
