📣 Important (and belated!) announcement!

We’re excited to officially welcome Dr. Sara Zimmerman to our growing team! After graduating from Washington State University, where she developed a strong passion for emergency medicine, Dr. Zimmerman made the move to Alaska in 2023—and has fully embraced everything the Alaskan lifestyle has to offer.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, skijoring, traveling, and training her own team of dogs for sport. At work, she enjoys the variety of challenges and cases that every day brings. We’re thrilled to have her energy, compassion, and enthusiasm as part of the Anchorage Vet Clinic family!

Additionally—thanks to our expanding team, we’ll soon be extending our Thursday and Friday hours later this month, with Saturday hours coming in May. We look forward to continuing to serve you and your pets with even greater availability!
