Supplies for my mask are supposed to be getting in this week. We will see how cases develop within the week. I will update you all via email once I have my screening process and treatment area determined. Hope you are all staying alert and safe during this time.

Looks like I will need to keep the doors closed until April 11th based on the Governor's wishes. Peak Rehab will continue to be closed this week to help with social distancing measures, and following Berkowitz's wishes of all non-emergent offices to be closed. I hope that you are all doing well keeping yourself entertained in your homes. Luckily Alaska has many open places that allow us to get out safely without compromising the safety of ourselves or others. I will continue to be available via phone, text, or email with any questions you may have.

Stay safe, stay healthy, and make decisions as if you are already infected with COVID please. It will humble your decision making and keep others and yourself from a possible death sentence.

The health department has strongly advised that everyone comply with a new list of rules they released last night. I am going to close doors for the next week and play the following week or two by ear based on how Anchorage's cases present.
I hope you understand this is to protect all of you. Also it is to keep each other as safe as possible while not overloading our hospitals.
As always you are encouraged to email or text me with any questions or concerns you may have. I will likely be able to see you all before I head back since my stay will be extended due to the current circumstances.
Wishing everyone a safe few weeks. Remember social distancing really is a good strategy despite how annoying it may seem.

Flights are booked to come back to treat! I will only be available for 16 working days so find your slot (book online here or on peakrehabak.com) before someone else gets your preferred spot. Due to flight costs, price per session has changed to accommodate the change in overhead expenses. I have emailed the new rate out so please check your inboxes for more information. Hey everyone. This post is for my runners. Remember how I told you running doesn't train running. Well I did find one way you can cross train while running. It involves running into a headwind of 40+km/hr for half your run. I have determined this as one way of running as being a cross training day. That being said...the core workout I did yesterday was far better for my running form/stability than the 10k in the wind today haha. Miss you all and will let you know when my plans to come back in March are finalized.

Hey everyone,

As many of you know, I will be moving overseas thanks to the BP sale. We just got word a week ago that our start date is the 16th of Dec. I have available dates open on my calendar for anyone that would like to be seen before I leave. They are subject to change due to things that must get done before we leave. I will do my best to keep you updated as I know more.

The plan currently is that I will travel to Anchorage once a quarter for about a month's time to treat before heading back. I will keep you all informed via email and facebook when that time will be in case you wish to see me.

While I am gone, there are two other high level counterstrainers here in Anchorage with cash practices that can help with acute injuries and management of your symptoms. I meet with them tomorrow to fill them in on what your wants and needs will likely be compared to their patient groups. I will ask them how they wish to be contacted and share their information with you before I leave.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, and I will address them as best I can.
