My 7 point breakfast, don't come at me about that is a lot of food.... This is my most important meal of the day for me and when I eat a good breakfast, I sustain better throughout the day. 😌 I made it with I can't believe it's not butter spray, Thomas light English muffin, two eggs, two slices of bacon, half of a left over baked potato. I use regular jelly, I just count the points. It's worth it. 😌😌 it was delicious, and still better for me than most choices I could have made!!! Happy tracking everyone. Lunch will be fruits veggies and a turkey sandwich, when I get hungry. 😌😌❀️❀️
