🧾 Ingredients
For the burgers:
500g ground chicken
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cucumber, grated & squeezed dry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Make the mixture
In a large bowl, combine:
Ground chicken
Onion, garlic
Herbs (parsley, dill, oregano)
Sun-dried tomatoes
Feta cheese
Spices
Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix).
2. Shape patties
Form into 4–5 burger patties.
Tip: Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
3. Cook the burgers
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until:
Golden brown outside
Fully cooked inside (no pink)
4. Make tzatziki
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
