Chicken in a hurry
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup

1 pkg dry onion soup
Place chicken in a casserole dish.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 350 - 1hr.
I found this recipe in a Paula Deen book years ago. It’s an easy, taste good meal. I do mine in a crockpot and serve with mashed potatoes,,

My 0 point "ice cream"! Before you come at me about blended fruits having points, eat this with a spoon so it's not a smoothie and l've lost over 60lbs having a big bowl of this every day (sometimes 2) and tracking it at 0 points. 👌
Sometimes I Will leave bigger chunks of strawberries in it, other times just blend it all down to soft serve. It's S0000000 good! 👌❤️😍

Ok..... we have a problem! Someone posted this recipe on this page. I can see me overeating when I make it! It’s that good!! The recipe is 1 cup mozzarella,1 cup parmesan, 1 egg, mix well sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning put parchment paper in the cookie sheet and spray with pam oven on at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. I used 12 minutes or until the edges start to brown, then turn the broiler on for 1 minute remove from oven and enjoy. Would work for a pizza crust. It was called cheesy bread

Best Caprese Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Vinaigrette Dressing
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2–3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Caprese Pasta Salad
½ pound dried pasta (farfalle or other small pasta is recommended)
8 ounces mozzarella pearls, or cubed fresh mozzarella
2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in half
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
In a small bowl or jar with a lid, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk or shake until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Set aside.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and keep the pasta firm.
In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and sliced basil. Drizzle with the prepared vinaigrette dressing and toss everything together. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
