🚙✈️ Holiday travel shouldn’t leave you hurting. Here are five easy ways to keep your neck feeling good on long flights and road trips:
1. Support your neck properly:
Use a travel pillow or rolled sweatshirt to keep your neck neutral—not bent forward or to the side.
2. Keep your shoulders relaxed
Tension starts up top. Drop your shoulders away from your ears and let your arms rest comfortably.
3. Raise your screen to eye level:
Looking down at a phone or tablet for hours is one of the biggest causes of neck strain while traveling.
4. Stay hydrated:
Dehydration tightens muscles and makes stiffness worse, especially on long flights.
5. Do light stretches during breaks:
Simple chin tucks, neck rotations, and shoulder rolls go a long way in preventing travel-day pain.
If pain sticks around after your trip, we’re here to help you feel better and move better this season.
