I had an odd dream last night, and today so many people around me mentioned the same thing.

The majority of two massage classes also reported strange dreams.

The basic theme overall is "something dangerous is happening out there, but I'm in here, or we're in here, and we're safe, we're protected, it's ok."

What did you dream? Does it correlate?

Something is going on in the world. I don't know what, but when this many people dream the same thing something is happening. What a fun mystery! 4/6/26

Someone was diagnosed with heart disease and wanted advice. I told them to research how people had healed from it first. Why? Because healing begins in the mind.

There are many layers to our Beliefs and an expectation of possibility can give us a strong attitude to work from. No one could run the 4-minute mile until the first person did it. Now it's common.

OBSERVATION: (read this in Sir David Attenborough's voice) If you pause, breathe, and look around for a moment you might notice the first signs of the ominous Wood Element emerging in the human species as they interact with each other. It's really a fascinating phenomenon that happens each Spring, and with Equinox fast approaching, you'll no doubt have plenty of sightings! 👀

Watch quietly and you just might catch little interactions that begin as a slight annoyance, and speedily grow into full blown confrontations! Anger! Frustrations! Resentments! Irritations! YES - this is the best time to see them all! 😡

As the humans work themselves up they are building the energy they need to burst out of Winter and merge gloriously into heightened actions of cleaning, detoxifying, and once again being able to put their bare feet onto green grass.
