Something happened recently that I just have to share.

It might be one of the most exhilarating moments I’ve had since getting my new knees in December 2023.

While visiting with my son from Dallas, we went to Pt. Woronzof. And for the first time ever—I walked down the hill to the water… and back up again!

I had never attempted that descent or climb before. Not once. But this trip I did it. The weather was beautiful, the planes were flying right overhead, and I felt alive and strong and free.

It’s hard to put into words how much that moment meant to me. But here’s what I know:
I wouldn’t have had the stamina, balance, or confidence to do it without my regular workouts.

And I wouldn’t have had the courage to try without the support of my 8:00 AM Functional Fitness Group.

This isn’t just something I talk about—I lived it yesterday.
And my son? He turned to me and said, “Mom, there’s no way you could’ve done that two years ago.”
And he’s right. I was two years younger, but I wasn’t in shape to do something like that.

But now I am.

That’s the power of showing up. That’s the gift of consistency. That’s the magic of community.

Thank you to my 8:00 AM group gals—you inspire me every single day.
And to everyone else reading this: keep showing up. Keep taking care of yourself. You never know when life is going to invite you into a moment like this—and you want to be ready.

She will assist you in reaching the highest level of fitness that you can achieve at this time in your life through exercise and her expert coaching. There are no 'cookie cutter' programs at BFit & Well! Because everyone is unique, Bonnie tailors each session to the individual client's specific goals, desires and needs. Exercise for function.
