Our Story

BFit & Well is a personalized fitness training studio dedicated to revitalizing mature bodies. Personalized means that you will be using a program designed exclusively for you by owner/trainer Bonnie Murphy. She will assist you in reaching the highest level of fitness that you can achieve at this time in your life through exercise and her expert coaching. There are no 'cookie cutter' programs at BFit & Well! Because everyone is unique, Bonnie tailors each session to the individual client's specific goals, desires and needs. Exercise for function. BFit & Well is a safe place to exercise for mature bodies!!
