AnchorRIDES is currently experiencing technical difficulties and longer than usual hold times with the Trip Scheduling phoneline. To schedule a trip, please use the Eligibility option (option #3) to leave a message detailing your trip request, or email TransitAnchorRIDES@ci.anchorage.ak.us. A team member will return the call to schedule the trip as soon as possible. We will update this post when the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
