I attended a training called First Sounds: Rhythm, Breathe, Lullaby at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. The training is a music therapy protocol for premature babies in the NICU. It was amazing to feel and hear the shift in the room when we began to play music and or sing a song to a premee that was experiencing stress. I had the pleasure of meeting Joanne Loewy in one of my training sessions.

In the beginning. One morning there were the chimes that penetrated my heart space. The stage was set! Then one evening a few yes later, I heard the sound of the gong that began to hold me in an expansive way to allow the work to be done. It still continues to this day.🙏🏽💝🎶🎶💫💫
