From keeping schedules running smoothly to supporting staff and advocating for our Risers, Sam plays such an important role behind the scenes and on the front lines. She leads with kindness, listens with care, and shows up for her team in a way that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Day 2️⃣ at the Full Lives Conference for Direct Support Professionals and Care Coordinators!

We’re back at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Anchorage today. Stop by the Sunrise booth to meet our team, learn more about the services and homes we provide, and connect with us.

This conference brings together so many people who are all working toward the same goal: stronger support and better outcomes for the individuals we serve. It’s been great connecting with both professionals in the field and familiar faces throughout the event.

At Sunrise, we’re focused on building real connection, consistency, and helping each person live a life that feels meaningful. This is a space where we get to share that, learn from others, and continue growing in the work we do every day.
