As the darker months set in, many people begin experiencing seasonal depression (SAD)- one simple tool you can use to combat SAD is a light therapy box.

With over a decade of experience in Emergency medicine, and a passion for root-cause, nutrition, and lifestyle-focused care, Charisa blends natural and conventional medicine to help patients feel their best—Thriving in body, mind, and spirit.
