When faced with difficult decisions, they chose to stay, to not abandon others, to put in the hard work…all along knowing it is deserting their personal goal but choosing to stay. Following departure, teams are expected to arrive in Nome Wednesday afternoon through the evening, depending on trail and weather conditions.
