We offer a variety of birthing options designed to support women and families in choosing what feels right for them. One of the most requested choices is water birth.

Laboring or birthing in warm water can provide natural pain relief, promote relaxation, lower blood pressure, and sometimes even shorten the length of labor. At Haven Birth Center, you may choose to labor or give birth in our spacious tubs. For families planning a home birth, our team can also provide an inflatable tub and all the necessary supplies.

Our licensed midwives will guide you through each option and provide individualized support, ensuring you can create the birth experience that best supports you, your baby, and your family.
