So guys it’s cold season, I unfortunately have an auto immune disease called Hashimoto’s. My body literally attacks my thyroid. The good news is I literally have not had a cold (hopefully I don’t jinx myself) in at least 2 years maybe more. I travel a lot too, so that magnifies my chances of catching something. What is my secret? Doterra essential oil products, specifically “onguard” I use the foaming soap every time I wash my hands in our home. I use the oil on the bottom of my feet daily and triple up when I’m traveling. If I feel the slightest tickle or dry throat I rub it on my neck and chest. Coincidence? I think not!
