✨️On November 12th I will be offering a teen therapeutic art workshop: Big Feelings, Small Art. This is part of the teen open studio art therapy series this fall. Teen Open Studio offers a unique blend of art exploration and self-discovery in a relaxed, supportive environment for teens 13-17 years. Led by a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist, these sessions provide therapeutic benefits to participants as they express themselves through creativity, build skills of objective observation, mindfulness, and self-regulation.

✨️ In Big Feelings, Small Art, we use the art form of playing card collage to create a series of emotions cards, understanding the essential features of the emotions that impact us the most.
