Tomorrow, Sun. August 11th, I'll be teaching 2 free yoga sessions at Onward & Upward's 2nd Anual One Health Fest at the Palmer Train Depot:

12:30 pm: an Ashtanga Inspired Flow (50 minutes)
2:30 pm: a Restorative and Eye Yoga (50 minutes)

They have loads of exciting activities planned even in the rain. Check it out, hope to see some there 🧘🏽‍♂️

Thank them for being YOURS all this time and walking you where you choose!

Thank them for healing during and after injuries. Thank them for being there for you in the future.
Thank them & acknowledge them everyday for they work hard & deserve those positive, mindful vibes too!
Foot love is self-care & self-care is VITAL 🌈💫
During my 7 years of teaching private yoga & sharing energy healing, feet tend to come up @ some point for most people.
Each foot has it own story! Remember to honor & love your feet!!

The crew that's been tearing up our neighborhood for over a month leaves there cool equipment to rest over night ... so we took it upon ourselves to engage in some photo ops!
For those of you who do not live in Alaska, people say we have 2 seasons ... winter & construction time!
It is so noisy during the day, with scraping metal sounds, rock vacuuming, the constant beep beep beep of heavy equipment backing up, and soon we will have to park up the road away from our house 🙄

This week I'll be updating my Business name!

Stay tuned August 1st for the announcement!

In 2013 when I decided to not only teach yoga, but to offer private yoga, Rapture Yoga, seemed like the perfect name for the experience I planned to create & share.

Over these last 8 years I've grown as an individual, a mother, a teacher, and just altogether as a human and NOW (especially after all this COVID19 going around the globe) I've decided to REBRAND.
