Happy New year!

A favorite from prior years so now I post it every year because the sentiment is still true. So many of us grew up believing a new year meant a “new me.” I didn’t like how it was phrased or the pressures that came with it. It’s not about a new you or becoming a different person. All I hope we aspire to is to be healthier and happier versions of ourselves. ❤️✨

Kate is a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor with over 11 years of experience 🧘‍♀️
She also has a degree in psychology and has played volleyball for most of her life 🏐
Kate found SLAM in 2022 and has been an active member and coach ever since! She’s known for her warmth, calming energy, and the way she makes everyone feel welcome. 💙
We’re so lucky to have her on the team!
