Ladies, I just made this monthly menstrual blend. It has in this order, raspberry leaf, chamomile peppermint, fennel seeds, ginger, and lavender. This herbal blend is to help with cramps, pain, relief, hormone, balance, mood swings, and for bloating and digestion. I am packaging it up now. These are $18 bags at a quarter pound and I will update tomorrow with pictures.

Alright my brain hurts. So this is where I am in my book writing. I’m just now halfway through my plants. I’ve add sections to my book like these protocols. This is just the printed copy just in case. Also I will be starting tincture classes starting May 1st. If anyone can advise on promoting this event please let me know.

Ok so I know I have been inactive. Life has been lifing. But I’m always working. So here is the new season of oils. I have the mosquito repellent, the pain oil. This is in two different forms. One is a mixture of herbs and then there’s the devils club root bark, I still need to strain that one. I got the eczema oil, and the face serum. I even have a rosemary hair oil. I am going to start a new batch of tinctures here on the next full moon, so if anyone has a tincture that they would like for me to add to the shelf, please let me know. Hope everyone is staying healthy.
