Finding Resolve & Upward Individual Trajectory - FRUIT We provide in-person and online counselling services to individuals, couples, and families. This is for a Social Media Marketing Course in University.

We provide a range of services including: ART, CBT, EMDR, Play therapy, IFS, and narrative therapy. About us: I spent 20 years as a First Responder, helping others out during times of crisis. I, too, experienced my own time of crisis, which introduced me to counselling services. I had taken my own mental health for granted. Ultimately, I left my career as a First Responder behind to care for my mental health and found great value in therapy. I began pursuing a new life and career direction that would end up with a Master of Counselling Psychology with a focus on family and marriages. I have been there for people in the moment and am now helping them pick up the pieces and make sense of life’s challenges, or to help prevent some of them in the first place.
