I was out on a Nordic ski today pondering this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson - “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

I am so grateful that I have such powerful tools to help me stay present and grounded in the midst of this very bizarre world and that we have this amazing landscape to play in! We are so fortunate to be living here in Alaska! 🙏🏼💜

Enjoy these beautiful fall days and your fresh garden 🪏 harvest! I love all the red cabbage, kale, potatoes and Swiss chard that grew ao well this summer without being eaten by too many slugs!

I am back on the Big Island learning more about ancient Hawaiian healing and spirituality in Huna. I love the chanting and hula classes and of course the metaphysical teachings…

The records of karma are in your soul… “All our thoughts, feelings and actions are recorded. They are mostly recorded inside us, but also outside us. All thought and action entails certain consequences.”

Releasing emotional baggage and limiting beliefs to become more aligned in thought and action will help create the life you want…energy goes out from us and is reciprocated back to us!
