Meet Sid Scarborough, PT, Regional Vice President of Business Development with Encore Rehabilitation. Sid has served the Mobile and Baldwin County market for 12 years and brings more than 37 years of experience as a Physical Therapist practicing orthopedic, acute, and industrial physical therapy.

In addition to his clinical background, Sid spent over 20 years as a hospital administrator, overseeing ambulatory services and industrial medicine programs. His leadership in the Industrial Rehab setting includes post-injury rehabilitation, work hardening and work conditioning, return-to-work programming, ergonomic assessments and worksite analysis, and pre- and post-employment screening across all levels of industrial environments.

Sid also serves as a primary educator for back injury prevention, workplace safety guidelines, and workstation analysis, helping organizations reduce risk while supporting employee health. Meet Paige M. Trammell, DPT, OCS, MTC, Regional Director for Encore Rehabilitation in Birmingham, Alabama. Paige has nearly 20 years of experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, and industrial rehabilitation and has been with Encore Rehabilitation for the past 4 years.

Paige holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. She also earned a specialty certification in Manual Therapy through the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists. Her clinical background is rooted in high-level performance — beginning with her time as a four-year varsity softball athlete at the University of West Florida.

With 19 years of experience in industrial rehabilitation, Paige performs human performance evaluations, pre- and post-offer employment testing, workers’ compensation and industrial rehab treatment, as well as work conditioning and work hardening programs.

In addition to patient care, she plays a key role in training clinicians across the Birmingham area, ensuring industrial athletes receive consistent, expert care focused on safe and efficient return-to-work outcomes.

Meet Enoch Jones, PT, DPT!
Enoch is a Regional Director with Encore Rehabilitation and a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in industrial rehabilitation, sports and orthopedic rehab, dry needling, and blood flow restriction training. Enoch has been a Physical Therapist with Encore Rehabilitation for 17 years.

Enoch is certified in multiple Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) systems and frequently performs AMA 4th and 6th Edition Impairment Ratings. His background includes FCEs, impairment ratings, workplace and physical demands analysis, post-offer and pre-employment screenings, fit-for-duty evaluations, and agility testing — making him one of Encore’s most versatile evaluators in complex industrial cases.

He has presented at the Encore-Uhler Sports Medicine Symposium and the Alabama Workers' Compensation Organization conferences, taught AMA impairment rating courses, and has been published in the Journal of Acute Care Physical Therapy.

“In June, McKenna was injured in an ATV accident. She sustained a mid-distal femoral shaft fracture. She had immediate surgery and then spent 7 weeks in a full leg cast with mobility being very limited with the aid of a wheelchair.

“At the beginning of August, the doctors were satisfied with the progression of her fracture healing and released her to light activity and to start Physical Therapy. When she started rehab, she had very limited mobility of her leg. She was reluctant to use her leg or bear any weight on it. She depended heavily on her wheelchair.
“Thanks to the help of Encore Rehabilitation-Andalusia and all of the amazing Rehab Team, McKenna has left the wheelchair behind and is back to walking without any aids!

She has improved so much in the last two months and really has regained a great portion of the use and mobility of her leg back. With her hard work and perseverance, and the support of the Rehab Team, we know she will be back to 100% soon and enjoying all of the activities she loves! I highly recommend Encore!” ~Heather Barton, happy parent
