I was trying to make a cute little video of what we've got going the rest of this week and for small business Saturday and my phone is apparently low on storage and also my face ... And my voice ... 😂

I let Thad be responsible for photos at the studio yesterday while I found a little movement and these are my favorites lol he took over 70 pictures in like a 20 minutes period, like 20 of them were just a black screen he must have covered the camera with this finger lol

It is my most favorite compliment when I see people in class doing whatever the hell they want. It has been my goal for us all to be completely free in our space. I have been so intentional about the choices we have made from the time you find us online, walking in our doors and while you're with us on the mat, and until you leave to create a space that is accessible and welcoming to all.

As we prepare our store area for the holidays, there is one area that I am struggling with and that is clothing sizes. I would LOVE for all of our clothing to be accessible for all sizes of humans. However, we have a small space for this and our sales are very random so it's a risk to have retail at all, but I love researching different brands that work for us, and organizing it's cute and cozy and I love offering this for folks. Financially and logistically carrying all sizes of everything, just doesn't make sense for us.

We currently are stocking sizes that typically sell. If what we have on the rack does not meet your needs size wise, don't hesitate to shoot me a personal message and I will do what I can.
