Someone is not used to seeing me work out inside 😅

These shorter days are killing me, but I didn’t want to miss my gym time 💪 I am ready for the sun to come back anytime now!

Also, no matter how many weights I lift, doubt my shoulders will ever be as beefy as hers 🫠😂

So much wisdom I’ve received these last few days! I had the honor of learning from Fred Stahlman, a brilliant PT who has been practicing Craniosacral Therapy since the 80s and studied directly with Dr Upledger for years. Such stories 😂

I am forever grateful to have found my way to CST, I didn’t know it at the time but this is why I went to massage school, this is the work I am meant to be doing ✨

Very happy to be back home with my dogs after almost 2 weeks in Florida ☀️ My husband welcomed me with a spotless house, and Janessa got me flowers 😍 I am truly blessed and excited to get back to seeing clients tomorrow 🙏
