Join us for our FREE CANCER EXERCISE PROGRAM!
This 12 week program begins JANUARY 12th, 2026, and is open to all cancer survivors.

You’ll work with one of our Inner Strength Fitness oncology certified trainers to:
- Build Strength and endurance
- Increase flexibility and balance
- Boost confidence and self-esteem

Two group options available to fit your schedule:
Monday and Wednesday, 11 a.m. - Noon
Monday and Thursdays, 4-5 p.m.
