To participate in this research study, you must sign and date a consent and provide buccal samples. (Swab from inside the cheek)
You will participate in a 1-2 hour interview, using standard clinical mental health assessment that may provide information about risk for opioid use disorder. (OUD)
Information from your medical records will be used to provide information about risk for opioid use disorder. (OUD)
Participants may receive compensation for their time and travel.

Temperatures are going to be dangerously high from Thursday through Monday. Those wishing to seek shelter from the heat at Community Hospital Anderson should enter through the Emergency Department entrance and check in at the police dispatch office in the lobby. The officer on duty will es**rt people to the designated area.

Do you have, or are you at risk for cardiovascular disease? Are you not responding well enough to statin medicatons?
You may be able to take part in the CLEAR Outcomes Study if you:
• are at least 18 years of age up to 85 years of age
• have a history of, or are at high risk for, CVD
• are statin intolerant (have not been able to
tolerate one or more statins).

The study will last approximately 3.75 years and will require visits to the study center and telephone calls with the study team. All study-related medication and assessments will be provided at no cost. If you would like to learn more about this study, please contact our center at 765-298-2040.
