Not enough! I want the DEA dissolved, and the GOP arrested for treason for lying about the ma*****na plant, and blatantly violating the Ninth Amendment!
I would have no problem continuing to have a DEA to fight chemical drug abuse, but they just demonstrated they are as corrupt as the Republican Party! Leaving them in place will just mean the drug problems in this Country will never be solved.
Congress needs to act now to fully legalize ma*****na. The Democrats passed a bill in 2020 to reschedule ma*****na, and allow banking for ma*****na. Mitch McConnell buried the bill in the Senate, and didn't let the bill come to the Senate floor for a vote. Mitch McConnell, a Republican, was Senate Majority Leader in 2020, and is now Senate Minority Leader. The Republicans took over the House, so we must DEMAND our rights be restored!
The Republicans have blocked ma*****na every way they could here in Republican Representative Doug LaMalfa's Congressional District One California. The Counties banned outdoor growing, and dispensaries, and a few Cities have passed restrictive recreational ma*****na laws. A bar can stay open until 2:00 a.m. But a collective has to close at 8:00 pm. I can only have an ounce delivered at a time, instead of buying enough to last the month.
But most of all I have a Ninth Amendment right to grow the harmless ma*****na plant in the sun for myself without their limits, and Second Amendment authority to raise a National Posse, and protect our Constitutional Rights!

Final warning Republicans!

In a historic shift, the U.S. moves to reclassify ma*****na as a less dangerous drug, AP sources say.

The United States government holds a patent on the antioxidant and neuroprotectant capabilities of Cannabis compounds, yet the United States government also classifies Cannabis compounds as Schedule 1 drugs, meaning they have zero medical value recognized in the United States.

The latest research from Vanderbilt found that “replenishing the supply of a molecule that normally activates cannabinoid receptors in the brain could relieve mood and anxiety disorders and enable some people to quit using ma*****na.”

When users take cannabis, they are “turned on” by the active ingredient in ma*****na. But, in addition, certain “cannabinoid receptors” – called endocannabinoids – are activated by compounds in the brain. These include anandamide (AEA) and 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG). 2-AG is the most abundant of these endocannabinoids.

Sachin Patel, M.D., Ph.D., and his Vanderbilt colleagues carried out the research, which was published on Nov. 26 in the online edition of the journal Cell Reports.

Understanding just what happens in the brain when cannabis users get "high" is an essential part of the fight against drug dependency. A study by scientists at Vanderbilt University Medical Center study has now provided insights into that process.

In a paper published Friday in the journal Molecular Cancer Therapies, a team of researchers from St. George's University of London outlined the "dramatic reductions" they observed in high-grade glioma masses, a deadly form of brain cancer, when treated with a combination of radiation and two different ma*****na compounds, also known as cannabinoids. In many cases, those tumors shrunk to as low as one-tenth the sizes of those in the control group.
"We've shown that cannabinoids could play a role in treating one of the most aggressive cancers in adults," Dr. Wai Liu, one of the study's lead authors, wrote in an op-ed earlier this week. "The results are promising...it could provide a way of breaking through glioma and saving more lives."

Over the past few years, research has revealed that ma*****na can both destroy certain cancer cells and reduce the growth of others. Now, a new study in mice has found that when combined with radiation treatment, cannabis can effectively shrink one o...
