Meet Adrienne, our dynamic Clinic Director/BCBA and CMT trainer at the heart of our early intervention clinic! 🌟 With a Psychology degree from Taylor University and a Master’s in ABA from Ball State University, Adrienne’s journey into the world of ABA was inspired by a college professor who introduced her to its transformative potential. Little did she know, this path would lead her to a rewarding career filled with joy and learning.

Adrienne’s passion ignited when she first worked as an RBT, and she knew she had found her calling. Watching kiddos learn new skills and develop new ways to communicate is what makes her role truly fulfilling. 🙌

Outside of work, Adrienne has a loving GoldenDoodle named Moose and enjoys adventures in the great outdoors—camping, hiking, and more! She’s also a vibrant part of her Church community, especially cherishing her time with the Young Adult Special Needs Sunday school. 🏕️🐶 Adrienne’s hobbies? Being outside, hanging with friends and family, exploring new coffee spots, and tackling puzzles. Plus, she once spent a semester in Ireland, embracing the local culture and community! 🇮🇪

Her favorite aspect of The Growing Place? The unwavering focus on being patient-centered. Adrienne loves being part of a team that truly prioritizes the kiddos and their growth! 💙

Meet Chelsea, our inspiring BCBA at both our school-aged and early intervention centers! 🎓 She kicked off her journey at Purdue University, earning a Bachelor's in Human Services in December 2021, followed by a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on autism from Ball State University. Chelsea's passion for this field ignited while working with children with autism—she connected with them profoundly and knew this was her calling.

She finds immense joy in witnessing the incredible progress her clients make, reminding her of the powerful impact of her work. 🧩✨ Outside of work, Chelsea loves spending time with her energetic fur baby, Luna. She also enjoys reading, hiking and indulging in some retail therapy. 📚🌲🛍️
