Meet Megan, our passionate BCBA extraordinaire at both our early intervention and school-aged clinics! 🌟 With a background in special education focused on mild to intense interventions, she took her expertise to the next level with a master’s in ABA from Purdue University in May 2024. Megan is driven by her passion for assent-based care, honed through SBT training, providing her with invaluable skills in behavioral analysis.

Inspired by a family friend with Down syndrome, Megan's journey began in special education at Purdue, where an ABA class ignited her passion. Encouraged by her professor, she joined Purdue’s 4+1 ABA Master’s program and became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), solidifying her dream to become a BCBA. 🎓

Megan thrives on collaborating with families, RBTs, and fellow BCBAs, crafting interventions that truly make a difference. She treasures witnessing clients' progress, no matter the size, and cherishes being part of their success stories.

Originally from Westfield, Indiana, Megan spent 5 years in West Lafayette for her studies and now enjoys being back in Noblesville, closer to her family. Fun fact: she has an identical twin! In her downtime, Megan loves hanging out with her cat, family time, exercising, and discovering new eateries. 🐈 💪

At TGP, Megan appreciates the focus on assent-based care and being part of a growth-oriented team dedicated to enhancing ABA services. She values the welcoming atmosphere and collaborative opportunities and is excited to keep making a positive impact! 🐾❤️

🤩 Meet Taylor Smock, our incredible BCBA, Clinic Director, and CMT trainer at the school-aged center! Currently, she's mastering her skills to become a Level 1 SBT implementor. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, plus a Master's in ABA, both from Ball State, Taylor is a powerhouse of knowledge and passion.

Her journey into ABA was inspired by a family member with autism, igniting her commitment to help autistic individuals thrive while celebrating their unique qualities. 💙 Taylor is all about enhancing her patients' quality of life, cherishing every small victory along the way. Seeing her patients feel heard, understood, and empowered through functional communication brings her immense joy.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys life with her dog, boyfriend Wesley, and cherishes moments with her niece and nephews. 🐶 She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves kayaking and hiking, and she's diving into the art of crochet! 🌳

Taylor's favorite part about TGP? The incredible support and patient-focused care from her amazing team. Together, they uplift each other and make a difference every day! ☀️

🌟 Meet Megan Barker, our amazing BCBA who works at both our early intervention and school-aged clinics! She's a true star in our team with her impressive education 🎓 and experience in special education and ABA. We're lucky to have her!

Megan's journey into the field of ABA began with a family friend with Down Syndrome. Seeing him navigate through school ignited her passion for special education and led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in the field. But it was her ABA class that truly sparked her interest and her professor's recommendation that led her to get her master's degree in ABA from Purdue University. And the rest is history! 🙌

Some fun facts about Megan: She has an identical twin! 👭 She's also a cat lover and enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants in her free time. 🐈 And can we just take a moment to appreciate her dedication to exercise? 💪

But what really makes Megan stand out is her love for collaboration and seeing clients make progress.
