Congratulations Tina Stewart, Activity Assistant, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Edgewater Woods is proud to honor Tina Stewart as our 2025 Quest for Excellence winner. Tina has dedicated 42 years to the residents and staff at our building. She exemplifies the essence of this award through her exceptional dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our community, our residents, and her teammates.

Tina was inspired to work in senior care after her experience of caring for her own parents, as well as her grandparents. This experience built her resolve to make a difference in as many lives as she could by serving the elderly, and especially in a role where she could be part of their mental and emotional well-being, making their days happier.

Tina began as a Certified Nursing Assistant when the facility had a pediatric unit. She moved into the role as Activity Assistant because she loves to make people feel happy and engaged and was very creative and inspirational in her role of keeping everyone active and entertained.

Tina is amazing to work with and shines in her role. She is extremely compassionate with every resident and has made many friends with coworkers over the years. The residents frequently pass through the activity room to stop and chat, and she will immediately stop what she is doing and spend time making them feel special.

Tina has one daughter and three grandchildren. She loves pets and has a dog and cat at home, and she enjoys crafting. Edgewater Woods is fortunate to have Tina as part of the team. Congratulations, Tina and thank you for everything you do!
