MedPro discovered the only way to successfully assist our clients was to tackle challenges not just associated with staffing; which was the start of our journey as a company. We quickly realized that not only was there clearly a national shortage of medical staff to fulfill the ongoing needs, but it was a struggle to circumvent various outside verification platforms coupled with a plethora of inefficiencies in medical management. The MedPro team knew that with the changing dynamics of medicine and the business behind it, things needed to be innovated and quickly as the model many used and accepted was unsustainable and unaffordable.
