We have classes 7 days a week in a variety of styles with a team of highly trained and experienced teachers. Our Glow with the Flow class this Friday the 13th was all kinds of groovy! We moved together; we breathed together; we danced and laughed together; and we shared in the uplifting energy that community is meant to be! Thank you to everyone who joined us! We can’t wait to do it again!

IT’S BAAAAAAAAACK!!!!!! This Friday, March 13 at 5:30pm, join us for a yoga experience that will take you to a whole new dimension! Join us for “Glow with the Flow,” an upbeat vinyasa yoga class led by Megan Schlobohm, complete with groovy neon lights, and a super fun selection of music. This class will be warm in temperature, and students are encouraged to wear their brightest neon glow-in-the-dark yoga clothes!

We are SO excited - Austin Shook is back!! Join us at Anderson Yoga Center on Friday, April 17 at 6pm for a Sound Healing experience with Austin Shook!

Down the cellular level and beyond, our bodies are made of energetic vibrations. What better way to effect our vibrations than using vibrations - through Sound Healing!

This experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation and simple breathwork exercises, preparing you to transition into being bathed in sounds for the remainder of this 90 minute class. Austin will use an array of musical instruments from ancient cultures to create a feeling of deep inner peace. With these instruments, he will be holding space for each of you to connect with aspects of yourselves that often get foggy through our daily routines. You may experience deep relaxing states that can promote awareness of yourself beyond the body or emotions that can lead you the essence of your being, as well as a release from negative patterns.

Join us on Saturday, April 4 @ 1pm for “Harmonic Healing” - a deeply immersive 90-minute experience blending gentle yoga, guided meditation, and an expansive sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.

This special event is led by Candace Krstovic, who will guide a soothing, accessible yoga flow and meditation, alongside Randy Dalton, who brings an incredible collection of sound healing instruments. Together they create a rich sensory journey using gongs, crystal and metal sound bowls, rain sticks, wave drums, chimes, and more — layering vibrations that you can feel throughout the body.

Expect a grounding yoga practice to open the body, followed by a guided meditation and an extended sound bath where you’ll simply rest and receive. The combination of movement and sound creates space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.

Anderson Yoga Center is a Yoga Studio in Anderson, SC, offering a variety of yoga classes - Hot, Warm, Non-heated, Power Flow, Mindful Flow, Gentle Flow, Yin, and Restorative classes are offered on a regular basis, along with a myriad of Workshops and Special Events.

Formerly “90 Degrees Yoga Anderson,” at Anderson Yoga Center you will find warmth all around. Hot Yoga classes are heated to about 99ºF, and Warm Yoga classes are around 85ºF, with the purpose of preventing injury to our Earthly bodies. And our teachers are not only knowledgable in and devoted to the practice of yoga, but they are kind, thoughtful, beautiful souls.

The studio is simple, but profoundly mindful. The space is clean, and decorated with things that have blessed us over the years. You will find doTERRA Essential Oils used throughout your yoga experience, both in our diffusers and on our cold Savasana towels. Each class is thoughtfully prepared with an uplifting message, and chilled Lavender towels are handed out at the end of each enriching practice. There are additional workshops and special events planned every month to continue to help you grow on your journey.
