Human First Counseling Services is a quickly growing psychotherapy practice located in Andover, NJ. We provide counseling to adults, adolescents, and children through individual and group therapy. Our licensed clinical therapists have extensive background in working with a wide variety of mental health challenges. It is our fundamental belief that every individual is worthy, unique, and deserving. Meet our therapist Kelly Venezia Crilly, LPC!

Hi I’m Kelly! I’ve been working in the mental health field for about 15 years. Before I was in private practice, I worked as a school counselor and found my passion for teaching mindfulness and deeper work.
I enjoy working with people who are prone to overthink, perfect, please, and perform. I also work with trauma through the lens of the body and mind connection. In my spare time, I like to write, practice yoga, and spend time outside. I am also always down to discuss lyrics and film.
