We all have those days when we feel unmotivated. I wish I could say I jump out of bed every morning ready to work out but honestly I have those days too. Especially after a summer weekend of over indulging! Here are a few tips I use to motivate myself to get back on track.
1)Start your morning with fresh juice it will help boost the levels of antioxidants in your body naturally.
2) Stretch,foam roll or try a massage gun it will decrease muscle pain and tension
3)Move your body! It can be a quick walk, run, bike ride or a more intense workout if you’re feeling it! 😊

Eating healthy while traveling can be challenging particularly when you’re at the airport. Packing your own snacks and being prepared will help you resist the temptation to buy something unhealthy at the airport! I always throw some fruit, nuts and a few cheese sticks in my bag. Think easy to eat and packable😊

Another quick delicious and nutritious 3 ingredient dinner. Salmon brown rice and peas.
I buy the individually wrapped pieces of salmon and frozen rice,it couldn’t be easier!
I cooked my salmon in the air fryer and the rice can go in the microwave or stovetop and is ready in minutes. Mix it all up and enjoy. I topped mine with a little sriracha😊

Easy to prepare delicious and nutritious 3 ingredient dinner packed with protein! Roasted broccoli sweet potato and chicken sausage.
Drizzle broccoli and sweet potato with avocado oil and whatever spices you like roast at 375 for about 20 minutes. I cooked my chicken sausage in the air fryer
Mix it all up..I added a teaspoon of pesto and another drizzle of avocado oil. Enjoy!

Breakfast this morning😃a quick and easy breakfast frittata!
2 eggs
A handful of spinach
A few chopped grape tomatoes
A sprinkle of your favorite cheese
Mix it all up
Bake @ 350 for 12-15 minutes

Try this for dinner tonight! Cincinnati Chili 🌶
Now that the weather is getting colder like everyone else I crave comfort foods,but still want to eat healthy, and it has to taste good!
I used ground chicken and chicken sausage. I also added a can of black beans!
