We all have those days when we feel unmotivated. I wish I could say I jump out of bed every morning ready to work out but honestly I have those days too. Especially after a summer weekend of over indulging! Here are a few tips I use to motivate myself to get back on track.
1)Start your morning with fresh juice it will help boost the levels of antioxidants in your body naturally.
2) Stretch,foam roll or try a massage gun it will decrease muscle pain and tension
3)Move your body! It can be a quick walk, run, bike ride or a more intense workout if you’re feeling it! 😊
