Gentle Reminder:
If your heart is broken again, or more likely still, that just makes sense. There’s no judgment for having really uncomfortable emotions during a really uncomfortable time. Be gentle with yourself.

Contrast in temperatures
Shake your arms
Color
Hum
Weep
Hug someone
Pray
Light a candle
Use a scented lotion
Eat a sour patch kid
Create anything
Puzzles
Movement
