These are hard times to be a helping professional - so we want to extend our offering of a place to regulate and tend to self.

Our 6 week Rest & Reignite Trauma-Informed Yoga course started last night, and for the remainder of the event we are opening it up to drop-in attendance for just $10.

Join us Monday evenings from 6:00-7:30pm until February 16th, we have space for you and all your emotions ✨ We are all carrying so much - you are deserving of rest.
