Healthy lifestyle means adding good things removing the bad. Add positive remove the negative.
Easier said then done of course! I know.
So start small, take baby steps, do one thing at a time
Stick to that one thing for a week then take on the next.
Make a list and when you start checking those things off you will feel good and will get incentive to go to next and next and next.
So make a list tonight of things that need to go
Chips soda fast food processed food whatever it is.
Also it’s important to eliminate things you do too much of or too often.
Eliminating that once a week morning donut or bagel with cc or that popcorn at the movies probably won’t be much help but eliminating that same thing if you do it daily is probably very important. So choose wisely what needs to go.
Give yourself some stuff you really want to do.
If you eat a bag of chips every Friday night while watching a movie at home and if that’s the thing you love to do just do it. Same thing for once a week / weekend drink.
Start with removing one item and add one for each eliminated.
Switch to half a bagel in am for instance instead of whole. Or switch to multi grain bread for your sandwich at lunch or sourdough bread which are little bit better when it come to carb content.

What not to eat?
But you love food, any food, all food!
I get it. I am there with you.
Short list of do's and don'ts to the rescue!
Do-
Eggs, lean meat, lean seafood, nuts, fruits and vegetables (but ones that are low in starch is the key), vegetables with low glycemic load that were high in fiber were more strongly linked to weight loss.
Don't-
Anything that looks like you need to worry about it, or don't know what's in it or need to look it up on the web!

Feel good about it then repeat!
