Forget juice cleanses. Your nervous system needs a detox.

Everyone's talking about detoxing in January - liver cleanses, juice fasts, elimination diets.

But nobody's talking about the detox that would actually change your life: a nervous system detox.

When children come into the office with an ear infection, here's exactly what I'd recommend to do first:
👂 Step 1: Get them adjusted
We check the upper neck and ears for any tension that could be blocking circulation and drainage. Misalignments here can literally prevent the ear from draining properly—which means the fluid just sits there creating the perfect breeding ground for infection.
👂 Step 2: Garlic mullein oil in and around the ear
Natural, gentle, and so effective.
👂 Step 3: Red light therapy
Supports the body's natural healing process and lowers inflammation.
