During this challenging storm, you showed exactly what it means to be dedicated caregivers. Thank you to those who stayed overnight, braved the roads to come in, gave rides to one another, and picked up extra shifts without hesitation.

Because of you, our residents continued to receive the love, comfort, and exceptional care they deserve. ❤️It truly was a team effort.

In moments like this, I am reminded why I am so proud to lead this community. Your compassion, commitment, and heart for our seniors never go unnoticed. You don’t just do a job — you make a difference every single day.

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to our incredible team at Stone Hill. Throughout this major snowstorm, we all came together with one shared purpose: ensuring our residents were safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Many of you stayed overnight, worked double shifts, or volunteered to come in on your day off. You gave each other rides, cleaned off one another’s cars, and jumped in to complete tasks that weren’t normally your own. You showed teamwork, compassion, and true dedication in every sense of the word.

What you did goes far beyond a job description — it reflects heart, commitment, and an unwavering sense of responsibility to one another and to those we serve. Thank you for supporting each other, stepping up without hesitation, and proving once again what an extraordinary team we have.
