We want to give a big thank-you to Liliana Carrillo, one of our own here at ACFH. When a family needed a Spanish speaker, Liliana answered the call — literally. She jumped on the phone, helped them feel heard and supported, and helped me understand exactly what they needed. That kind of care makes all the difference. 💙

And another huge shoutout to Jen Kranz from Batesville — I was trying to update our website and digital showroom and let’s just say… I was very confused (lol). Jen walked me through it step by step, helped me fix everything, and made sure it all worked smoothly. 🙌
