We’ve made an important update to our lab services policy.

Based on guidance from our liability insurance provider and medical leadership, we are no longer able to offer standing orders that allow labs to be performed without a personal provider’s order. This update ensures we are following current best practices for patient care and proper follow-up on lab results.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. Moving forward, you’re welcome to ask your provider to write a standing lab order (valid for up to one year), so you won’t need to bring a new order each time. For example, your provider may order a executive lab panel and A1C every 3 months for one year.
