Dr. Wright's Vision Source is a provider of quality eye care for Seminole and Andrews, Texas. In 1963, Dr. E.M.

Dr. Wright’s Vision Source has been proudly serving the West Texas area for over fifty years. This family practice, now in its third generation, provides quality and thorough vision care using state of the art technology that better enables our optometrists to take care of you. Wright and Melba Wright, the Business Manager, started a tradition of personalized and superior care in Seminole, TX. This quality of care continued with the addition of their son, Dr. David Wright, in 1984, and the opening of the Denver City practice. The legacy continued when his son, Dr. Lance Wright, joined the practice in 2010, thus enabling us to expand to our newest office located in Andrews. As we continued to grow we were able to add two exceptional doctors to our practice- Dr. Nhu Lan Phan in 2015 and Dr. Hillary Lavender in 2020. The loyalty of our patients has given us the opportunity to further expand while continuing our mission to provide quality medical and vision care for our fellow West Texans. Address:

Dr. Wright’s Vision Source is now hiring for our Andrews location!
We are looking to fill a screener position. This employee will be responsible for collecting information from the patient and documenting it in their medical record prior to the doctor’s exam.

-Hours: Monday- Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12. Hours do possibly fluctuate slightly based on patient flow.
-Health insurance, paid time off and employer matched Simple IRA offered.
-Starting pay will be discussed at the time of hiring based on experience and applicable skills.
-Possibly travel to our Seminole location from time to time.
-Past experience in the medical field is not required to apply.
Spanish speakers preferred, but not required.
-We pride ourselves on being a technology forward practice in order to provide the best possible care for our patients. We do provide on the job training for patient care and all our technology. Being willing to learn and being comfortable with technology is necessary to do well at this job.
