A key lesson in Buddhist teaching is the idea of impermanence and change. The past several months have asked us to change….a lot. Change our way of thinking perhaps, and change the way we go about our day to day routines. Certainly no one ever imagined that life would change as much as it did in the face of a global pandemic. And yet it did.
Life at The Yoga Studio certainly changed as well. It has been almost three years since I began teaching at The Yoga Studio, along with the extremely talented Stephanie Sprague, Sarah Trumpp, and Deb Mayes. Our days at the studio were precious and we so appreciated the opportunity to get to know all of you and to provide a space for your own yoga practice.
All of this to say that we will be closing the doors to The Yoga Studio. We feel this is the best plan for us moving forward while the “new normal” of the coronavirus is still something that is in our current reality. Thank you thank you thank you to all of you who were with us on this yoga adventure for the past two years. Your support and encouragement did not go unnoticed. We will miss being in the space with you and sharing that time together. From the bottom of my heart: Thank you. 💜
Who knows what the future may bring. Change is always just around the corner, and being flexible helps to navigate those waters.
For now, please know that it has been an honor and a privilege to be a part of your yoga journey.
Namaste~
