Sometimes, certain mental health conditions share symptoms between each other. Other times, symptoms to two different conditions look the same to an outside observer but require different treatment approaches. Lastly, two mental conditions can be happening at the same time, meaning that there is a *co-morbid* condition present. This can be the case for varying mental health conditions, such as ADHD and Bipolar, which is the focus of today's post in the images below.
Always remember: Your mental condition is *not* your fault, and we at ASHH&W offer psychiatry and life coaching to help you put together the *why and how* of starting to live a better life according to your mental health needs!
