Thank you to everyone who joined us this past Sunday for our annual Jolly Jamboree—it was truly a magical day filled with music, laughter, and holiday cheer. A special thank-you to Santa and Mrs. Claus for spreading smiles and festive spirit, and to our favorite band, Daze Work, for keeping the celebration lively with wonderful music.

We are so grateful to our residents, families, staff, and community for making this event so special. Cheers to a season full of joy and togetherness!

Happy 100th Birthday to our wonderful resident, Ms. Mary Kirkland!

On Friday, we had the joy of celebrating this incredible milestone with Mary as she reflected on a century of beautiful memories. She shared stories from her childhood growing up on her family’s farm where hard work and a love of the outdoors shaped who she is today.

Mary, a retired Registered Nurse, also spoke about how her career taught her the value of compassion and the privilege of caring for others. She says her secrets to a long and happy life include staying active, spending time in nature, and living with purpose and kindness.

Please join us in wishing Mary a very happy 100th birthday and thanking her for sharing her wisdom and warmth with all of us here at Oak Hill!
