A glimpse into a baseball specific training session…

Here we are addressing:
🦵Single limb stability and neuromuscular control
📈Rotational power
📈Vertical and horizontal lower extremity power
🦵Lower extremity strength with single limb bias
💪Rotational and posterior shoulder strength
👊Finishing with grip and core endurance

At 5-6 months post UCL reconstruction we are preparing our athletes for the demands of their sport!

You must look at the whole picture, and at DASH we understand not only tissue healing parameters but we understand sport specificity.

💪 🦵20 weeks post–UCL repair and this student-athlete is putting in the work.

Lower-body and rotational power are a foundation of performance — they drive velocity, efficiency, and durability on the mound. By testing and tracking these metrics, we can individualize training to each athlete, build power from the ground up, and reduce stress up the chain to protect the arm.

⚾️ ’Tis the season to train smarter, stronger, and healthier.
