I looove seeing my clients get results they want. Results look like Feeling better, less bloating, less inflammation, weight loss, better sleep, less stress around food, more regulation. Cooking class success! We air fried the rainbow of veggies, plus some chicken wings! I love all the participation that helped make it an educational and yummy experience! Couldn’t have done it without my “sous chef”, Donald Barnett, feeding 20 people in 1.5 hours is no small feat!
