December is a great month to remember this

Don’t keep wearing the mask.

Cooking with my clients is one of my favorite things! I love educating in the kitchen hands on. Seeing the sparks of imagination and creativity and adaptability is priceless. Meal prep doesn’t have to be hard and it looks different to everyone. We made hummus, pumpkin hummus, peanut butter fat bombs, almond butter fat bombs & pumpkin applesauce topped with cashews.

I absolutely love cooking (preparing) food with my clients! Meal Prep doesn’t have to be hard and it doesn’t have to result in 50 labrled containers in your fridge. It’s about learning how to do food combinations, how to make adjustments to recipes, and taking the fear out of learning something new.
We made several types of hummus, and several different fat bomb recipes. It was a great 2 hour session!

Mustard greens are vibrant & strong! If you have low stomach acid or digestive problems, these greens will help naturally increase your HCL (hydrochloric acid) and help digest your meal. Especially meat. I washed them, cut the thicker stalk and stems and sautéed those first for a few minutes with garlic in coconut oil. I added salt, and then added the leafy parts. Sauté a few more minutes. Earlier I had I cooked a whole chicken & deboned it. I cut an avocado and mixed it all together, topped it with h**p seeds, and pickled jalapenos. Delicious

Soak nuts in distilled water. Add one spoonful of sea salt. Cover. Let stand 12 hours. Rinse. Repeat cycle. Then, check your dehydrator for times based off what nut you are dehydrating. I’ve found that about 10 hours works best for pecans and walnuts. Let completely cool before storing. I sprinkle salt on mine, because duh, it’s tasty! Happy fall y’all!
