What's Up Absolute Fit Fam! I'm back again to talk about one of my clients (Rudi; 81 years old). With consistent training and God's Guidance. I was able to help Rudi improve his time in the Half Marathon (13.1 miles) from 3 hours and 23 minutes last year, to 2 hours and 57 minutes at this year's USA Fit Marathon and Half Marathon event in Sugarland TX. Congrats Rudi on a job well done!

As of July 18th, the power to the Brazoria location has been restored!!⚡️

Everything has been restored and repaired including A/C’s! So it is nice and cool in there to get your workouts!!

As of now, ALL ABSolute Fitness LOCATIONS has their power restored!!! Thank you to all the men and women who have worked nonstop since Beryl!!
